RETURNS POLICY

Things don’t always go to plan. If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your online order, we offer returns for all items subject to the below conditions. 

Final Sale items are eligible for a return to gift card/ credit only. All items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging.


Online Returns Portal

You can process/ lodge a return by logging into 'My Account' positioned on the top right of the home page. Sign in via Shop or your Email. Then click your latest order and follow the prompts to lodge your return for the item/s.

Once lodged and accepted, you will receive a return label via email.

    Return Cost

    If returning for a refund (full price items only) or credit (Final Sale items). Return labels are at the expense of the customer. Return rates may vary depending on your location and will be deducted from your refund/ credit amount upon processing your return.

    Australian Return Cost: $10.00 AUD
    International Return Cost: $20.00 AUD
     

    Processing Time For Returns  

    Once your return has arrived at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.   


    Refunds
     
     

    Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment (minus original shipping fee and return cost) and should appear in your bank account within 5 business days depending on your financial institution. Should you wish to make a return from an order placed with a gift card, the gift card will be reinstated as the primary refund method. Any remaining funds will be returned to the secondary form of payment. 


    Return to Gift Card  
     

    All sale items are return to gift card/ credit only. Gift cards are created in AUD currency. Salire gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date and can be used online via www.salire.cc only.


    Faulty Item Returns 
     
     
     
     

    If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault. We classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged, or if a fault has occurred within 3 months from the order date. Damage outside of 3 months, is considered normal wear and tear.


    Exchanges

    Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) at our warehouse or as communicated by a Salire team member - If your new size is not available we will offer you an alternative item, credit or refund but we will always communicate this with you first.

    Garment Returns Conditions

    All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge. 


    Refused Duties & Taxes 

    If any applicable duties and taxes are not paid, the order will be returned to Salire. A refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, minus a return fee of $25.00 AUD. For information regarding duties and taxes please click here.

    Return Parcel Tracking 

    We recommend using our returns portal to ensure your return is as smooth as possible. If you wish to return your item via another carrier, we recommend using a tracked service. We are unable to investigate return parcels without a tracking number. Please ensure your return is handed to the courier driver or lodged at a postal facility. We do not recommend using a street postal box to initiate your return, as a lodgement receipt is unable to be provided.


    Returning an item purchased during a promotion period or with a discount code
     

    All full priced items purchased during a promotional period or where a discount code has been applied, are eligible for return to the original form of payment. All Final Sale items purchased during a promotional period are only eligible for a return to gift card/ credit. 

    We are in the endless pursuit of creating industry leading garments in both performance and design. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and return the item/s within 30 days of the purchase, we will happily refund or replace these items for you.
