By visiting the Salire website and or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and therefore agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” all refer to Salire.

Placing Orders

• Orders submitted by you on the Salire website are an offer to purchase the goods at the specified price plus any delivery charges required for your order. This DOES NOT include import duties, taxes or any other charges associated with the customers requested shipping address.
• When placing an order on the Salire website you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method connected to your purchase. 

Cancellation of Orders

Salire reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before delivery has been completed/delivered for any of the following reasons.

• Goods ordered were subject to an error on our website regarding stock, pricing, garment malfunction.
• A regular delivery partner cannot deliver the goods to your requested address.
• We do not receive a reply from you within 5 business days when we have contacted you for any reason in relation to your order.

Shipping

• All orders are dispatched out of Queensland, Australia.
• We are not responsible for your import duties or taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.
• Salire will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday.
• Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
• If the customer chooses not to accept the package due to these charges the package will be automatically returned to Salire. In this situation, Salire reserves the right to charge the customer a AU$25 administration fee.

Returns/Refunds

Doesn’t fit as well as you would like and want to change sizes or get a refund?

• Returned items must be in new condition and unused. This includes the original tags attached to the item/s.
• Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
• Refund amount will replicate that of the initial payment made for the item.
• Refunds and replacements will be processed within 24 hours of receiving them back to our warehouse.
• We are in the endless pursuit of creating industry leading garments in both performance and design. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and return the item/s within 30 days of the purchase, we will happily refund or replace these items for you. 
  
  

Warranty

• All Salire products purchased from www.saliresociety.com come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This promise includes faults in the fabric, workmanship, and other manufacturing related faults. The warranty does not apply to faults caused by general wear and tear or washing of products incorrectly.
  
  

Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws in force in Queensland in Australia, and any dispute in relation to these terms or your access or use of the website will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland in Australia.

Amendments

• Salire reserves the right, to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• It is your responsibility to check our Terms and Conditions for any changes. If you do not agree with any changes to our Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to stop engaging in our Service. If you continue to engage in our Service, Salire reserves the right to assume you unconditionally accept our current Terms and Conditions including any amendments made.
